As you get older, health issues are beginning to surface as well, perhaps, as questions around your changing role in your family and community. How can you accept the support you need as you age, whilst keeping a level of control over your life? You are ready to celebrate the contribution you have already made to the lives of those around you and explore what is yet to come.
This course is designed for people who have retired or are getting near retirement. Its aim is to help them to stay more in charge of their own lives and their own well-being.
Topics will be explored in a personal way so that people can become more aware of what is going on in their own lives, and explore ways in which they can go forward. The following topics are likely to be included:
